D&D - July 21, 2011

Well, yesterday's problems seem to have been taken care of. Not only did the recording of today's show go off without a hitch, but I managed to snag the rebroadcast of yesterday's show. So hopefully, I'll be able to get that up here no later than Saturday night.

As far as today's show, it seems to have been a pretty funny one, especially the first two hours. Topics included the extreme measures people will resort to in a heat wave when they don't have an air conditioner, the idea that today's parents are messing up their children by keeping them a little too safe, yet ANOTHER potential new law in Jersey (This time involving children & school bus drivers), a street race that resulted in a pedestrian death with not one but BOTH drivers being charged, an inventor who claims to have invented the first working time machine, as well as workers you would sorry for in the heatwave.

D&D - July 20, 2011

Well, I had a bit of a computer SNAFU today which prevented me from recording the first three hours of today's show. Because of that, I'm only going to be able to share the 6 o'clock and 7 o'clock hours today.

That's the bad news.

The good news is that the folks at WKXW have been rebroadcasting the show late at night. So hopefully I'll be able to capture that, get it edited down & posted by around Saturday.

In the meantime, here's what we have (so far). The topics covered included a childhood prank that landed the perpetrators on New Jersey's registered sex offender list, as well as a proposed law that would issue fines for underage drinking on private property.

FYI, in regards to the show audio -- if time allows, it looks like the pattern will be the first three hours of the show will be uploaded in the evening and the final two hours the following morning.
