Filehosting switch

Short summary -- we lost our Mediafire account and had to switch to Rapidshare for filehosting while we try to find a more permanent solution.  Click here for the full explanation from last week.  All shows since Aug 23, 2012 have updated links, others will be updated as time permits, though if anyone has any reupload requests for older shows, just leave a comment or drop an email at deminskidoylefan-at-lycos-dot-com and the links can be updated fairly easily.
