D&D - Feb 16, 2009

Looks like the new timeslot for the D&D show is 6am-10:15am. Maybe they convinced Podell to let them make up the time they missing during the song or two played at 9am? Anyway, today's show featured the following (and more!):

1. BALE VS GRIFFIN (video) - Family Guy did a spoof of the Christian Bale rant...Peter Griffin vs Christian Bale!
2. FORGETTING DATES (podcast) - Have you ever forgotten your wife’s birthday? Or maybe your anniversary? What about Valentine’s Day? Jim O’brien managed to forget all about Valentine’s Day this year. Poor Mrs. O’brien.
3. SCHAEFFER & ELRICK (podcast) - Jim Schaeffer and M.L. Elrick from The Detroit Free Press were honored with the 2008 Worth Bingham Award for Investigative Journalism...Grats guys!
4. CLF RECAP (podcast) - First thing this morning D&D settled all questions of what really went on in the RV over the weekend!
5. BILL MAHER (podcast) - Bill Maher called in to talk about his new movie Religulous...Claims the Ark Of The Covenant is really locked away in a pine box...
6. DUFF MCKAGEN FROM GUNS 'N' ROSES (& PLAYBOY) (link) - Duff spoke to the guys about his career and his new financial column in Playboy (really? really?).

Also they guys posted some videos from their Camp Out For Kids weekend:

1. Getting On The RV
2. D&D RV Tour Day 1
3. D & D Camp Out For Kids at BWW [note: BWW (BW3) is not the same as a BBW, though I'm sure BBWs eat at BW3]

They replayed their interview with the Security Officer of the Detroit-area Star Trek Fanclub during the 9 o'clock hour -- this was edited out and replaced with something funny to save time.

One more sponsor to list...apparently "Dream Limousines" is a different company than "A Dream Limousine."
