D&D - Nov 18, 2009

Very full show today. More news on Kwame (see below); Rudy got to gloat about getting to sit next to M.L. Elrick in court as part of his journalism class. Also more news on the Aerosmith divorce, the "new" Bob Seger CD, and an update on the Silverdome sale. Other topics included a few clips from Joe Biden on the Daily Show, a British story on the optimal cleavage percentage, a note about the newly-minted Michigan-born RPS champion, and a report regarding a possible move to Royal Oak for the Arts, Beats, & Eats festival. There was also a call-in segment about quitting smoking; Jeff may have been inspired to quit after reading an article about a new "smoker's vaccine." 3. DAVE DORAN HITS THE BIG TIME! (podcast) - We had Dave Doran on the show today to talk about his upcoming gig as a voice actor in an animated film! D&D also ask listeners if they have ever been an extra in a movie.
4. ELRICK AND SCHAEFFER (podcast) - D&D spoke to M.L. Elrick and Jim Schaeffer of the Detroit Free Press about the Kwame hearing.
5. WORK WITH ANYONE WHO SCARES YOU? (podcast) - 1 in 4 feel they work with someone who could snap. *Cough*BillDoyle*Cough*. Ever try to spot the person most likely to go postal at work?
6. SONG ABUSE! (podcast) - Deminski heard a John Lennon song used for a SWINE FLU PSA. Clearly this is not acceptable to Jeff. Can you think of a song that was used and abused?
7. ANTHONY DANIELS (podcast) - D&D spoke with the actor that played C3PO (Yes, there was actually an actor in there!) in Star Wars!
