D&D - Mar 24, 2009

It was pretty fun to listen to the inaugural D&D Show on WCSX again yesterday. Thanks again to the fellow listener who hooked us up with the missing opening to that show. Don't forget, we have links to some old WKRK / WXYT podcasts here and here (please let us know if any links are broken, btw). Hopefully we'll get some more of those 2005/2006 shows up soon. 2. ROCK TRIVIA (podcast) - The Doc of Rock, Doug Podell e-mailed Jeff a Rock Trivia quiz and boasted that he had scored 8/10. Not to be outdone, Jeff and Bill also take the quiz. So what if they had, Jim, Jason Carr, Nicole, and several listeners helping them.
3. TECHNOLOGY OUR KIDS WILL NEVER KNOW (podcast) - D&D talked about things we use that children born today will likely never know. For example - print newspapers, land line phones, and maybe even school books.
4. SETH DAVIS (podcast) - Seth Davis, the author of "When March Went Mad" joined the show to talk about the game that forever changed college basketball.
5. RUDY’S DREAM (podcast) - Maybe not a grinding halt...Maybe not a total derailment...But a definite detour from reality...Let us tell you about a guy named Rudy...a simple man who dreams of lavish fields of Doritos, flowing rivers of Jagermeister, viewing the crucifixion of Jesus Christ in a pair of Air Jordans, and delivering Uzis to Wyatt Earp and Doc Holiday at the O.K. Corral...only in his head and in The Twilight Zone...
6. DON BREWER (Wikipedia) - D&D spoke briefly to the lead singer from Grand Funk Railroad who tried to woo voters in WCSX's March Bandness competition.
7. This Week’s D-list! (video) - D&D's weekly video update...does Doyle have a facial tic?
