D&D - Mar 3, 2009

Deminski is still trying to make up for his Bobby Jindal-esque bonus points lie. Free food at Mr. Joe's next Tuesday. Jim O'Brien has been making some hilarious "Super Bonus Points" promos; hopefully we'll get those isolated and up on here soon. Here's a show recap from WCSX.com:

1. GEDDY LEE (Rush) - Doyle is sad, no Geddy Lee interview today. Hopefully tomorrow ("If he can get a flight into New York," the website says).
2. BENEFIT FOR PARALYZED MOTHER (Shane Hamelin) - A Bowling Benefit for Anna Doubblestein will be Saturday, March 7, 2009 from 12pm to 3pm. Check in at 11:30am. The benefit will be held at Shore Lanes 31100 Harper Ave., St. Clair Shores, MI 48082. Tickets are $20 per person, which include 3 gamesof bowling, shoe rental, 1 pop, and 2 pieces of pizza. All are welcome! Great raffle items include: 1 computer with 19 inch LCD monitor, Red Wing andPiston tickets, various gift baskets and gift certificates. For more information and donations, please call Angela Hamelin at (586) 873-7753. Atrust fund is currently being set up under The Anna Doubblestein Trust. The benefit is being held to help with the finances to make the Doubblestein home handicap accessible, and to help relieve the financial hardship fromtheir family. Anna is a 38 year old married mother of two who was left paralyzed from the chest down after necessary surgery to remove a cyst from her spine. Annais currently in a nursing home undergoing rehabilitation. Thank You!
3. SUPER BONUS POINT TUESDAY! (podcast) - Today is Super Bonus Point Tuesday! F$%* apple pie! We want hamburgers and fries! Remember to turn it up,and rip off the knob!
4. SEXY CARTOONS (podcast) - There was a British list of the sexiest female cartoons...Who was #1? And why does Doyle think Judy Jetson looks like a boy?
5. STEVEN LIGHTFOOT (podcast) - Remember Steven Lightfoot? He was the looney that crashed the city meeting in Florida stating that Stephen Kingkilled John Lennon. Well, he actually called into the show! Still wondering if King buried Lennon in the Pet Cemetery...
6. MARK POTTER (podcast) - Mark Potter from NBC News (Miami) called in to give new insight on the missing men off the coast of Florida...
7. SCOTT GORHAM (podcast) - D&D talked to Scott Gorham of Thin Lizzy...All things Thin Lizzy, and their new album Still Dangerous: Live At The Tower Theatre Philadelphia 1977...
