D&D - July 1, 2009

The 6am hour got "screwed" yet again; no official podcasts about Deminski's constant butt-dialing victimization, Jim O'Brien's past "relationship" with South Carolina Governor Mark "Playa" Sanford, yesterday's shooting in Detroit (that cost me an extra 45 minutes getting home), or Jeff's guilt over letting his kids bathe together. There was also this D&D insta-CLASSIC moment (audio link) -- inspired by the WSJ article about inappropriate touching in the workplace -- that would make the world a better place had they only recorded the webcam stream. The entire 7am hour is basically listed below, and the only two things from the final third of the show that aren't listed on the official website were a brief mention of Simon Cowell's insane American Idol salary raise and another round of the Always a Tiger game. 4. BARBECUES...BANNED! (podcast) - A city in Michigan has has BANNED barbecues. This is not a joke. This is not even funny. Are you one of many people who will not be allowed to have a barbecue this 4th of July?
5. ROB PARKER (podcast) - Come OOOONNN! Rob Parker called in to discuss the Pistons' firing of head coach Michael Curry. Rob Parker was actually first to break the story.
6. TYUAWN BROWN (podcast) - Very special treat today for the D&D crew, Tyuawn Brown - a Michael Jackson impersonator, stopped by to do a little "MJ" for us.
7. TAMARA BROWN (podcast) - Dr. Tamara Brown of Genepartner.com called in to explain how this website matches you up with a potential "special someone" based on your - get this - DNA!
