D&D - Oct 16, 2009

Very, very funny show today, from the Farmville update to the comedian to the beer for breakfast -- and that was all before 7am! Almost the entire show was podcasted (or otherwise listed on the D&D website), so there isn't much content to report on other than what's listed below. The only topics mentioned during the show but not on the website was an update to the Balloon Boy story - seems like a hoax to me as well. The elongated Stump the Breeder game brought back flashbacks of Friday Games of yore; Christopher and Kevin honestly need to be more frequent guests to the studio. And the guys need to drink more during shows. And that's all I have to say about that. Here are the many web-worthy segments from today, as listed by the town drunks over at WCSX.com:

1. KEVIN TAYLOR - WORLD RECORD BRICK BREAKER (pics) - Kevin Taylor is a black belt and can break bricks with his bare hands! He recently broke his own world record by breaking 809 bricks in 3 minutes and 59 seconds! Kevin was in studio with D&D Friday morning to display his talent!
2. SAMPLING BUD LIGHT GOLDEN WHEAT BEER (pics) - Jeff was reading that Budweiser bought all the national air time on "Saturday Night Live" to promote their new beer...so we decided to sample some...at 6:30 in the morning
3. BEER IN THE AM (podcast) - Friday morning the D&D Crew got to sample the new Golden Wheat Beer from Budweiser! Rudy has not stopped drooling...Breakfast Of Champions we say!
4. STUMP THE BREEDER (podcast) - Kevin and Christopher treated us to another round of "Stump The Breeder." This was actually a good thing...Winners received a little Sweetest Day treat for their women!
5. GAYS IN THE STUDIO! (podcast) - The Gays invaded the studio Friday morning on D&D...Never a dull moment with these guys! We welcomed Kevin and Christopher from Christopher's Salon!
6. FARMVILLE (podcast) - Seems everyone has jumped on the Farmville bandwagon...Farmville is a Facebook App, allowing you to manage and control your own virtual farm...Rudy was on the whole Farmville kick even though it seems to be more for women...We found out this morning that Rudy is into a new game!
7. JOHN HEFFRON (podcast) - Comedian John Heffron was in studio with D&D Friday morning...John will be performing at Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle this weekend!
